Shipping & Duties

All our products are on hand and will be shipped to you within 24 hours (1 business day) of completion of your order. All our orders are shipped from West Yorkshire in the United Kingdom.

 

Shipping to mainland UK is free. We ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs to your address will be calculated at checkout. If you don't see your country listed then please contact us on: customerservice@mooncanopy.com and we will obtain an accurate shipping price on your behalf within 24 hours.

 

 

It is important to remember that when purchasing items from overseas that your products may be subject to extra fees imposed by the country of destination. Our shipping calculator will inform you of any extra fees that may need to be paid when your item is delivered to you. Please be aware that these fees are not imposed by moon canopy. These fees are not included in the shipping fees and will need to be covered by the customer. These fees  can vary widely from country to country so  if you are in any way unsure then we advise you to check with your relevant authority before making a purchase.
